The best file manager has got to be X-Plore,and also Y-Browser, but X-Plore is a MUST HAVE, it opens nearly every format.

I agree with Gucci, X-plore is a must have, Hobbs. And nope, i'm not posting this message from beyond the grave, nor have i been kidnapped by FHM models (wishful thinking); i've been bogged down solid with work, and i've been helping to direct a play which my best half's school is putting on tonight. It hasn't been without glitches, but damn, these things are time-consuming! Anyway, how's everybody doing? Still alive and kicking, i hope... Brix, tried any gastronomical delicacies yet? Speaking of which, has anybody tried frog legs yet? Deeeelicious! Had some years ago, but was reacquainted with them recently at a banquet where all kinds of exotic chow was on offer... Apart from venison, there was also croc meat, cane rat and my favourite, mopani worms. Tastes a lot better than it sounds

Its so sad to see a great company like Moto falling. They are the ONLY phone maker that have good experience with Linux, an OS i would have loved to use, so far all the phones they put it in to just don't have the specs i want.
Kryptik
atleast you will see all that hard work has paid off tonite. . . .i hope.

It was in some of the local papers this morning too.

Congrats Jmash.A new P1i you did deserve bud.Nothing less.Cool Im looking at the 6 June.Upgrade falls on the 1st but new package pricelist comes out on the 6th.It should drop a wee bit.My boss says Im going to miss my P990i so my carrot might change to R4000 instead of R2000 so I might not have to sell it.So far everythings on track. We might just make it in a month. Its touch and go.Just got back 20 minutes ago and Im a walking fruitcake. Will post some pics of this job when Im finish.Im doing hundreds of square metres of a sandstone paint technique.Basically making the walls look like sandstone blocks.Think the owner is going to be very chuffed when he sees it for the first time on Friday when he flies in from Joburg. Its looking awesome. Thanks Gucci and Kryps.X-plore it is then.

Im glad that story made it over there wangs.i hope the world gets to hear about the realities facing our beautiful country.im working for a client who is single in an 8 bedroom house in bishopscourt (affluent white suburb) who spends R4000 a square metre on some fabric for his curtains.the rich in SA are getting stinking rich while the poor are getting sticking poor.this man wants to buy the house next door just that he can extend his lawn and make hìs garden bigger.thats insane.spend 12million and then demolish the house and extend your garden.the world is going mad i tell you.i hope this immigrant thing stops.it breaks my heart.the two security guards on the property are Rwandans in their late twenties whos whole families were wiped out during the genocide.they told me the story of how they fled and made it to south africa and it moved me.travelling by foot, boat, truck illegally through countries just to get here.theyve been through so much and they havent even reached 30 yet.the horrific things theyve must have seen in the short life theyve lived i wouldnt want to recount but they remain positive nevertheless.very brave and inspiring.so when i hear about immigrants been set alight, raped and beaten it makes me really angry.im more grateful now than ive ever been.when u interact with people who have been to hell and back and still are able to carry themselves with dignity and hope,it makes u look at your own life and experiences and puts its all in perspective.cmon south africa, wake up and sort urself out.

I hear what you're saying, Mario, and truthfully, i'm grateful that the army has been called out, even though they're not at peak levels. I'm scared shitless that the violence escalates to pre-94 levels. I know that you guys up in the J-Bay/H'Dorp area have had quite a few incidents to date. It's starting to flare up here as well, mostly in the Walmer/Motherwell areas. At least there are a few safe areas where help centres have been designated, should matters get out of hand. I've been preaching to the kids on a daily basis about brotherly love, tolerance, etc ever since the trouble started up north. Slightly over 95 % of the kids are from the more problematic sectors of Motherwell, and the reports which filter in aren't encouraging at all. Quite a few of the foreign nationals living there have started packing up their stock and moving to the safe areas, but already some have suffered financial and physical hardships because of what's happening. Will our people never learn?

On a lighter note, i'd love to see what R4k/metre fabric looks like, Hobbs. Bet it would make a pretty damn neat waistcoat

G702 (a.k.a. Beibei) undergoing FCC approval. Unusual (Nokia 7110-ish?) scrollwheel, and dunno about those floral patterns. Yet again it looks like nothing too mind-blowing from this latest UIQ3.3 smartphone, that has just surfaced...well from initial (unconfirmed) bits of info anyway...
