Not quite sure what that phone is above, however I think it was posted a bit earlier on this year, certainly looks interesting but doesn't look real somehow.

Interesting....just did a search on eBay USA for "sony ericsson P5i" and a screen protector came up in the results. Upon reading the details of the listing, you can see a picture of the screen protector that fits the look/form-factor of the canceled Paris phone.
I don't believe that these vendors are in the habit of creating screen protectors for canceled phones...so does that mean the P5i will be a near-term release from SE...maybe this Hikaru that people are speaking of?

see thats y sony ericsson is dying.
according to gsmarena, the xperia x1 is launching at 630 EUR (~800 US dollars), which is more costly than an iphone 3g, and double of what the new nokia 5800's launching at. Looks like X1's got FAIL written all over it with that price tag.with features that are not exactly top of the line, a price like that will make sure no one buys the phone.

the X1 is not exactly top of the line??? please tell me exactly...what makes a phone top of the line??? having a WVGA screen resolution doesn't make it on the top??? if you consider the iphone "top of the line" which X1 beats specs-wise, then I don't know if you're opinion is objective or just a simple bashing. |

dont compare Iphone and nokia 5800 to the X1 the computing power in X1 is way beyond both phones and with qwert keyboard
but i am not buying it for $800 as i got a psp to watch movies on the move and a k790 for pics and mp3 i rather put in $200 more and get a notebook

The only feature that is not "top-of-the-line" is the camera. other than that i fail to see his point for the rest of his criticsms. and it seems like his posts were filled with emotional preconceptions.

And it seems the only downside of X1 camera is it's mpx. The quality is very good.
X1 is a top notch product. |
