Japanese announcements are based on phone operators, which is different from international announcements where it's based on manufacturers. Having said that, Sony Ericsson could be timing themselves with the announcements of the Japanese ones, announcing a bunch of phones at once. |

A: No chance to full dropping. Only in some models Sony Ericsson can change fast-post to mini-USB. For example, J132 and X1.
Q: Is it true that swivel form factor is comming back in SE mobiles? (by Santa)

Are there more touchscreen G series phones coming at all? I was hoping to get a G900 but since UIQ is being dropped, I decided against it. If there are more G series with touchscreen to come, they will be S60 right? Xperia is likely to be too expensive so I was hoping for more budget touchscreen phones (smartphones like the G700/G900) from .
I'm struggling with my A200, I really need UIQ or something similar for work. WM is not so good for me at all. Are S60 touch from being released this year or Q1 2009 at the latest?
What about the next touchscreen Walkman, any news at all? |

I was also thinking of getting the G900, but I decided against it not because of what is happening to UIQ, but because I hear about all sorts of bugs and problems the phones have, and I know SE wont do anything to fix them  |

T700 is the upgrade of T650?
Duh. What was the major upgrade there?
Just a minor software upgrade to a200.
No major hardware upgrade.
The camera was even downgraded by removing AF.
Disappointing.
I thought there was an upcoming 5mp + wifi + T650 body and keypad handset in the pipeline.
Anyways, still hopeful 2009 will be better for SE.

It's really bugging me that SE is cheaping out of AF on so many phones, most notably the G705. This would've been my next phone if it had that. Taking pics of documents is really helpful for me. (answers for assignments in school =D)
