As always, it's rather amusing that a bunch of people will take every single word spoken from everyone's mouth as fact.

Sorry, Sant_Claus, didn't necessarily mean that this somebody was you. Was more in general, but as you're probably experiencing, it's happening with you, too.

^^ well said laurenke01!!
Thanks.
What would be interesting for me (and many others) would be if the JavaOne phone (whatever form it happens to be in now) and Hikaru are actually one in the same. The JavaOne phone seemed quite obviously to be an Xperia phone of some sort and was even rumored to be an early X1 prototype. Now Hikaru is being billed as a great media phone, being a great Walkman alternative and possibly featuring a 3.5mm jack, an Xperia exclusive? Not to mention seemingly equal emphasis on media, camera, and business functions--a main feature of X phones.
Also, due to the precedent set by the X1, it would seem likely that they would prefer the side-slide in the X1 to the vertical-slide in Paris. Thusly, I would contend that the Hikaru, whatever it ends up being, will bear some vague resemblance to the JavaOne device, and may be the same thing.
Bottom line, regardless what Hikaru is or when it's released, it is going to go head-to-head against Nokia's Nseries touch device as my next phone. So, may the best device win.

No problem Mizzle. Since I am very new here I just wrote that so everyone is clear what to expect from me.
Everyone has their own sources. Some of them more reliable some of them less.
After my mystake I tend to double or tripple check everything before I post something here.
Cheers. |

There is no doubt. Hikaru will have better processor then P1.
Is it works on UIQ or A200/300?

If you know everything before the announcement, there will be no surprise.
Wait little bit.
Btw, UIQ from SE is dead. They announce that by themselfs, so...
little bit - how long ? One, two years?
Your probably not too far off, judging from SE's amazingly competitive pace.

Its looking like the end of the month.
Both Japanese operators (Docomo and KDDI) are announcing new phones in the coming weeks, this could be part of a global announcement.
