Why wouldn't you? Seems like a worthy feature to have.
Pretty worthless to spend money on such a small upgrade. IMO they should save that money and spend it to make better quality on the next one instead.
(edit: Now i mean SEs money, it takes pretty much money to start producing a new phone. And the phone needs money for marketing.)
