In that above pic showing Media menu, is it me, or does the icon disappearing off the bottom of the screen look like a warning triangle(roadsign??)??

So...what aren't they allowed/supposed to do then?? Edit: there's some english-looking text('games'? 'Themes'??) there, but the native softkey label is overwriting it!

something fishy over there...
1. All the menu items are in chinese but i can see 'games' written in english! um sure there would be a word in chinese for games... they r hosting the olympics after all... 
2. The icons in the media menu and the style of the warning triangle don't follow the same style...

It is probably beta (or even alpha) sw version. If you remember Vista as Longhorn... Ironing of the UI probably comes late. I guess it is like this since there is GPS thus few new opts.
