Congrats! 
Its the best windows phone Nokia to date.. shame the proportions are the way they are, but I have a feeling that WP really shines on bigger screens unfortunately.

It certainly does it feels larger than life. But i don't like screens too small now though 6 inches is the absolute limit. Enjoying the camera. It is my first Pureview and i was confused or just being thick. Is the 5mp the over sampling setting?? And the the other setting is 20mp?? One is RAW i think. Will share some photos later but i have been playing around with Nokia Refocus app which is fun

Its seems like you got one with well aligned optics.. the shots seems sharp from end to end. The color reproduction and noise levels are very good as well.
Dare I say, those photos look better than the 1020 at launch.. |

Yes I was rather pleased with them too  Glad we had some spring sunshine. I once had badly aligned optics on the older Lumia 800 & everytime I faced the camera downwards it would blur.

It will take a few months, but you will get it for sure
They said that there will be further improvements to the camera stack, so expect to see the 1520 and the 1020 to start taking even better photos. |

Cool i look forward to that. I know there is another Lumia update coming as well as 8.1 update. Only one thing i don't like about this phone is the side buttons are a bit too flush with the casing and i often keep pressing the wrong one or missing them entirely but it's a small gripe. Sometimes i find it hard to put this device down
