Indeed, look at the image below mate, I've highlighted the two types you need to get, just select whichever files are applicable for your situation. Gonna cost you an extra credit I'm afraid but that cannot be helped, you need to flash both files at once.

is there a known solution yet to use the 3G services e.g. download video's using a Z800 phone?

I have just flashed my Z800 with V800 firmware. All seems to work now.

Managed to buy a wallpaper and news info from Heat. However on full tracks and video downloads it comes up with Download Failed. Might just be becasue there is a problem at the moment

If you mean Vodafone Live then no, there is no 100% fix. Some things will work, others won't. the portal will tell you your phone is not supported or has no UMTS coverage.
Some pages will load, some downloads will work, others won't and never will.

On other networks I don't know
