No it aint no help pullin' the cable out of the laptop first.Been callin'  customer support here and they aint got it workin' with SEUS neither.They finally said proberly something wrong inside the cellphone.Bound to go back to the store with it.Thanks y'all anyway.

ok 1st time poster here, but i have been reading the forums when i can at work and at home.
I have to admit i have been unable to get Da Vinci to detect my phone as well as SEUS...... tried both methods but each time i plug the phone in, it comes up with the open feature for the memory card, and this is from the phone being turned off as well..... any ideas at all? as i would like to be able to update the firmware (or backwards depending on your point of view) as well as removing the Vodaphone branding that i have on it...... any ideas at all? |

well finally got it working..... the 'c' that you hold is on the phone itself... (just had to turn it off for at least 20 seconds before hand) then i hand the cable connected in the phone before i plugged it into the pc. There goes my supposed 'intelligence' level that i am meant to have for selling mobile phones for a well known High street chain in the UK... then again i am working with a team that can back me up  |
