Yes there is!!!
We have that service here its called " look 4 me"... to find a loved one or your nawty kids!! but theres a subscription involved there is also another one not available to the public... whereever you are your cell emits a signal and can be traced regardless of your usage!!
eg some guy killed sum girl here in some remote area... his phone signal showed that he was in the area at the time of her murder!!! |
