seros said that he lost the camerasoftware when he updated to the new firmware. This I have seen before.
You said it stopped working before you did an update, and that it was the same sympton that the camerasoftware was missing.
Are you actually trying to tell me that it initially worked (ergo had the camerasoftware) and then the camera stopped working because the software somehow magically disappeared from the firmware in which it was present to begin with ??

aha, not quite the same thing you wrote in your first post, but nevermind 
If you camera was messed up allready before the update, then the update wont fix it. You need to get it repaired at a servicecentre.

There seem to be a few people suffering from this (me included). Hopefully its not a hardware fault otherwise theres not much point in asking for a replacement phone. I hope its just a firmware fault. |
