tried diff frame rates ntsc 23 / ntsc 29 / pal 25 / 15 etc
they are all .mp4
when you put them on the phone they all stutter and dont have smooth playback even though the qulity looks good.
176x144 resolution being used
any ideas where i am going wrong?
others have slow mo / freeze ish style playback?

framerate should be 15fps
Videobitrate should be 130kbits
Audiobitrate should be 40kbits (samplerate 22050 Hz 2 channels)

Wrong... You CAN fast forward and rewind with the K750... atleast in 3GP movies... only ones I've tried...

Indeed you can when played through the mediaplayer, this goes both for 3gp and mp4 videos
