No. The K700i has a smaller esolution than the K750i so it wont fit on the screen properly.

from what i can see in the Themes Creator previews, the K700/K750 are not interchangeable.
K700->K750 conversion: the standby image does not line up and some images are missing.
K750->K700 conversion: the animated background crops to 176x176 and some images are missing.

Guys don't worry about the K700i themes/wallpapers not workin' on the K750i. I'm sure there will be tons of people using the K750i, including the people/pros who made the nice themes for the K700... So, I'm sure they'll make great themes for the K750i too...
