Going by the immense activity in this thread, i'm guessing most people do not realise the importance of their phones.

ehm.... I don't feel naked or helpless without my phone...... the main reason I take it with me is that I have a away to call out for help in case of an emergency... other than that i do not care for being reachable at all times and feel the same when I leave home without my phone.

Also I don't feel 'defeated' when somebody has a more 'bling' phone than I do, a phone is a phone is a phone in the end and although I like features and use them too (often I know more than the owner of the 'bling' phones anyway ) the extra features on the phone are a convenience to me, not a life necessity. I like being able to call up a street map when I'm in a different town with the same device I take snapshots with, but a regular camera and a paper map would serve me just as well

But you couldn't theme a regular paper map Vlammetje! (Border doodle art doesn't count )

@ future: You wouldn't be a psychology student by any chance would you

And at Oogamous, I was wondering how long it might take someone to show up with a post like that

Personally my phone is important to me for personal and buisness reasons. Personal because it makes a good ogg and video player when I'm on the way to school, and buisness because I wouldn't be running my site toherwise.

The strange thing is, up until maybe six months ago I never really used to care what phone I had. Now I've got the best in the school
