All people that have uploaded their K700oi with the ltest firmware by setool... have you had any problems???

I upgraded using Davinci to R2AL029 and I can't see the Time and Cost menu anymore, but I used to when I had R2AE033. Experienced the same thing. I haven't noticed anything else on this firmware.

Isit the fact where updating from Davinci, setool or TMS???

Or is it the problem with that pack??? i.e EU1 or EU2???

Anyone have any answers???

I have the time & cost menu. Flash with R2AL029 using Davinci. Files i used:


K700_TRANSFORM_CID29_to_CID36.bin

K700_MAIN_EU1_R2AL029_CID36.BIN
K700_FS_EU4_R2AL029_CID36.BIN

I'm glad you asked that. This is something I've had a lot of experience with over the past couple of weeks!

You have to be careful. What you need to do is get the person who flashes the phone to change the CDA number as well as flashing the firmware. Get it changed to CDA102298/83. This will identify the phone to the SEUS as a UK generic model. If you don't change it, it will still work with the SEUS, but it will rebrand your phone. [addsig]
