I have got my phone upgraded from Setool....
The new firmware is R2AL029 and since then i have lost the time & cost menu.... 
Has anyone had any issues of similar sort or the same???

You mean total call time is rest'd or that menu is not available?

Im talking about the menu not being available!!!
I am not able to check how much incoming and outgoing time or check how many tx i have sent and the data counter.... Its not their!!!

Wow! Major fault! Does it show call duration once the call is finished just above the right soft key? How about the service menu? What does it read? Does the value there increase?

Yes that all happens as per normal!!!

Tried a SIM from a different network? Call cost and data counter can be disabled by SIM, and older firmware may not be able to honour that request and so you were seeing that menu before.

Setoo probably resets these strings. whats the problem?
Because the platform sends bogus messages while charging, that is why!!!..But why this change of heart?..We sense a charger connected, oops, we will not shut down after all!!!..*********************** UI BASIC, HOLD YOUR HORSES

I think he's saying the actual menus are gone, rather than the timers being reset, but I'm not certain!

The actuall menu time and cost has vanished... My sim is upto date and does support it!!!
It was their before i got it flashed!!!!
Im wondering what has happened!!!
