Changing the operator logo is easy! all you do is this...

Go to: www.Free-ringtones-free-logos.com

then from there go to the page where you make ur own logos... type "Sony Ericsson" then follow instructions on how to send it to your phone, simple!

And best of all its all free!

I found out that it only works with Nokias in the UK.
Or can I just type in the country's number before the phonenumber? (0046 for Sweden)

Go to: http://www.free-ringtones-free-logos.com/

select logo at the top left, create a new one. Don't actually add anything or do anything to it, just send it blank (follow on screen prompts). And accept it once you recieve it on your fone, and the operator logo shall disappear.

You can get the logo back by "turning logo off" in your settings. So you turn the blank logo off to show the regular one again.

can't it be done via the FAR manager? On s60 nokias, the operator logo is stored in c:\\system\\apps\\phone\\oplogo with the operator code as the name and bmp as extension. Eg-for airtel, bangalore, its "404_45_0.bmp"
if the file is deleted, the operator name will be shown
