from the list, I'd be least likely to buy a motorola, but not because of personal disinterest, but because of lack of choice. But least like siemens, because they're not my style

Now that i think again, maybe i wont purchase seimens either, But companies are always pulling out rabbits from under their hats, you just never know. One cannot say that 'I just wont buy this brand', that would be pig-headed. An open mind should be kept. |

@debu i agree all these companies can pleasantly suprise us, eg. samsung, who are pulling several "worlds firsts" in their technology.

I almost bought a Samsung X600 last year, before that I never considered a Samsung. Least likely phone I would buy has to be Moto, the UI is not very intuitive.

@debu: I am open-minded. Have used almost every brand on the planet. And from that standpoint + current lineup, I can tell that unless Samsung changes the direction in which they are going, I am not likely to spend my money on one. If I had no phone & someone gave me one, chances are I would sell it & buy a cheap Siemens, SE or Nokia :-)

@govigov: No doubt. But they still outsell most ofvthe other brands. Surely, our opinions here on esato are not the opinion of the world at large ;-)

World needs a phone for just talking and text. I think the 3310 does that nicely. Samsung is for ppl who need a glorified 3310.

i avoid moto and samsung because of the illogical menu layout.@rick007..siemens phones are imo, better built than all brands.like anything german,it tends to be good clobber.

@k700nut: My sentiments about Siemens phones too. Good build. Great features. Good prices. @govi & whiz: Yeah, explains why both Nokia & Samsung have the rest of the world eating from the palm of their hand.
