well don't forget that this isn't the only phone they have. they have been producing phones for around 5 years so they are not new to all this

Yes, but none of those have exactly been premium phones at the front, they've been pretty much limited to budget phones, a smartphone is a different kettle of fish entirely.

It uses SD, giving it an advantage over other S60 devices.

my brother just got one on vodafone its a very good phone its got nearly everything you could need on a phone the only downside is doesnt come with a memory card but it takes both sd and mmc cards |

I had a look at the Sendo X today while in the Vodafone shop (apparently no Voda PDA2K although I'm not convinced yet) and I was really impressed with, it's a little thicker than I expected but that's comparing it to my K700 not a smartphone. Very cheap as well, I might go for this in the interim and wait for the Windows Smartphone scene to develop further.
Around the time of the Sendo's initial announcement there were rumours it had an SDIO slot that would eventually be able to take a wireless SD card? Has that gone anywhere or has it been quietly shelved?
How it batterylife for anyone using it?
