seems like there is a better deal;
The SE Dealer near my college is offering the K700i with bill for 16K.
About the S 700i well I dnt have a clue of the official price but going by what I saw a seller in Gaffar Market,Delhi was charging 24K..That ways it still way out of my leauge..!

Hi govigov. There must be some mistake. U r saying that s700 is 19k in india & k700 is 16k . That means only 3k difference between the two, how is that possible. |

Never bought a cell from the grey market before, but my budget is tight. :-( anyone had any bad experiences to share?

@anand - I've not bought from grey market but this is what i feel - If u buy from grey u'll save around say 8K ? (depends on set purchased) . Even if some parts malfunction (quite rare) they'll cost say around 3K ? And firmware upgrades dont cost more than 500 so in the end u'll still be safe .
