SE seems to have removed the DRM Packager from their Developers site!  Can anyone assist me with where I can download it from?
@SethXP - the link on your site is not working - it allows you to download a 43kb file which is invalid!

I converted the mp3 with the program and it made a .dm file. I draged it onto the phone from windows explorer. However the phone doesn't reconize the .dm file. |
