First murder or rapeing jail. When he is relesed, and do that thing again, I think it is totally right to convict him to death penalty. That man couldn't be healthy, he is sick, dangerous, and it is right to murder him!

No man has the right to kill another (well except if his life is in danger), a whole life in jail is a better sentence and for some people isnt better than die.

most guilty people who receive the death penalty are the ones for whom that punishment is far too lenient anyway.
the death penalty is dangerous because there is no way to know 100% that the person is indeed guilty unless there are a dozen or more eyewitnesses, preferabley with video cameras. it should be abolished everywhere if only to save that one innocent who WILL eventually be put to death.

Hey..news update!Today another man was prononunced death sentence! He first killed and THEN raped a SIX yr old girl. Later he cut off her feet to steal the anklet  Now what do u say to that?? I think the sentence is corect. Only it shld be quickly carried out

Thats a horrible crime but i still don't think the death sentence should be given to that guy. Remember that the death sentence was introduced over a century ago by the british. Even britain has renounced the death sentence from its law books. Their law is now more humane. Why can't india do this?

Yes but why are only the poor getting punished? Do you think that those who commited crimes during the gujarat riots will ever be punished? Wasn't those crimes serious? The only difference is that the gujarat criminals have the support of the Chief Minister Modi.

For all you enligtened souls out there , i would like you to ponder a certain fact:Hitler(the short little man who was responsible for the murder of 6 mil jews) would have had life if he had beenbrought before a european court today. he might even have entered an insanity plea and good scott free.
