Well if he said he sent it and it won't arrive, then you know. Once a package is sent you cannot get it back as far as I know.

There was no deceit or lack of honesty on my part. I said I would send mine in exchange for the other case. I did not say I would send my case NOW (then if you get my meaning or do I mean immediately,... whatever). I have not at any time said that I have sent it either so I have not lied or deceived at any stage. I am still quite happy to send my case if I receive his one. I would naturally send it recorded delivery.
I have a good trading history on the internet and various folk will happily provide a reference for this fact. I have never had a dispute of any kind with a purchaser on any item that I have sold on the internet. |

Yeah we know dvdgremlin you have said at least 3 times, the other person was in the wrong saying he posted it then sayin it wasnt getting posted just tell us who it was, so we can stay away from them.

@dvdgremlin - Maybe this is just an isolated case mate  As we all know that delivery of parcles are not as always - 100% accurate, except if you had it transported via Fed Ex or DHL etc. You might also accept this kind of dilemma if you hade made some deals with guys from the Asian continent/Russia/Africa where stricken poverty nations apply - though not all, as their postal system have cunning/calculating 'vultures' (employees) around  As @sammy_boy would have lamented it perfectly, every 'STORY' has 2 sides, why not let the offended party tell his other-half of the scenario Failure to do so, just means admission of 'guilt' !

I cant see why you just cant say who it is and then he says his side of the story.
If your in the right, as you say you are! then why wont you say his name?
Then when his name has been posted he will have to say his side of the story and then we all make a vote and loser must kill himself!
Then once that is done, we all dont have to worry about someone here not doing the right thing!

someone with a P900 has a P800 case (brand new)
and more importantly
someone with a P800 has a brand new P900 case.
