Is DSL available thru phone line in india? I guess it should be ADSL then. But is it launched?

hi everybody
yup now pop3 is working perfectly with Rs499 gprs over gprs.
my bro has dishnet connection now taken over by TATA-VSNL.
I thought i cd use dial up for pop3 & revert back to Rs99 connection.But then i have used agilemessenger which i cant use with 99 connection.so... i m confused.
good bye 4 now.

Can you guys please tell me how I can configure my mailbox in the nokia 3650 to check my yahoo and msn mails.I've got GPRS on orange in Mumbai.
Also i've got IMplus and agile messenger but cant get to connect thru either.can u tell me what are the settings for both,if u r using the, If u aren't and need them, I can send u the full apps. But if u r successfully using them, please please tell me how to get connected either here or on bhagwatnp@bharatpetroleum.com
