same problem here. mine is only 1 month old. my solution was to buy the desktop charger cradle. problem resolved and only cost $20. my charger plugs into it, then phone rests securly on stand. no more having to force a plug on. i recommand the stand to everyone. even those with no problems.

but if you've been sold a faulty piece of equipment, you shouldn't have to pay anything for a solution. it should be a choice to buy extras, not a neccessity.

I have the same problem with my T68i, my old R520m didn't have this problem.

I had this problem with My first phone the day I got it, phoned orange apparently reletavly know about problem even when the T68i first came out, as it was a problem with the t68m's as well. Ring orange/supplier/SE Dealer and get it changed.

I had that problem the day I bought it, but now I'm using my mom's T65 charger and it works perfect. Will it cause any damage to the phone?
