Data Miner
A software application that monitors and/or analyzes the activities of a computer, and subsequently its user, of the purpose of collecting information that typically will be used for marketing purposes. The two most common forms of data miners are data mining programs that an organization uses to analyze its own data to look for significant patterns, and spyware programs that are uploaded to a user’s computer to monitor the user’s activity and send the data back to the organization, typically so that the organization can send the user targeted advertising.

if you find you still have the problem after running adaware then go back to the post where I linked to a page for manual removal of the one you appear to have

If they do stay you may have to do a spybot search and on that it gives you the registry keys that the spyware uses and you will have to unregister and delete them from the registry manually. I willt ell you how if you need me to.

Lord Byron the Virus Slayer (Windoze guru at work) helped me with the spyware I picked up from 35mb.com. I also used Adaware in conjunction with SpyRemove and System Mechanic (to list the autoruns). The autoruns are important as if you clear the registry hooks the autorun puts the buggers back! My autorun was c:\windows\iexplore.exe which he spotted straight away as iexplore lives c:\program files......
Hope this helps

right click the IE icon and make sure it says "C:/program files..." He means.
Did you try getting rid of then using regedit?
Go to Start>Run>Type "regedit" press enter and find the keys there.
