Who has had his mobile phone stolen? |

Never had one stolen (thank GOD), but did however lose one due to carelessness in a Taxi. The worst part was, it was a gift from someone special; very special.
I was cell-phobic for the next couple of weeks and devasted. This was also the time I remained without a cellphone for over 5 months till I decided to buy k750i.
Still I am haunted, of the incident, for being so careless.

I had a phone stolen at the height of the 3310 phase, got stole at school so not much could be done as i shouldnt have had it on me

Never lost or had my phones stolen. Though my friend had lost his t610 in an auto(indian equivalent of a taxi with 3 wheels). Fortunately for him, the auto driver returned it. His father was mad with him and took away his se and he now uses a basic cdma device. |

My phone was stolen a few years ago when I left it on the counter of a service station. When I went back half hour later it was gone. I reported it to the police, expecting to never hear from my phone again.
Then 8 months later some cops rang me letting me know they had my phone, but had found it on a junkie informant they were milking for info. They wanted to know if they could keep the phone awhile since they didn't want to charge the informant with mobile phone theft while the investigation was ongoing! So I agreed (I had a new phone by then)
About three months after that they rang me again to pick up my phone. They didn't need it anymore - apparently the informant had topped himself and they didn't need my phone anymore. They even dropped it back to me. Funny enough, I never actually got around to using that phone again....

about 3 years ago, I had my samsung CDMA phone stoles, it was very nice looking and thin. but afterwards, I bought my first sony ericsson phone, a T226, wich then led me to ESATO  . but right now I have a T630

I had my, once upon a time ever so famous, black P800 nicked, and my V800 as well. Claimed both on the insurance.

Fortunately ive never had my fone stolen but its because im paranoid and never let anyone near it.

My K750i was stolen last Jan 12 2006. I was changing my work uniform and there came a blonde guy passed and in 3 seconds my dear phone was gone. It was new and full of my important files on it. Xmas pics and the new 1gig memory stick. I was devastated, I worked hard for it. I never done such thing to other people. I even returned 5 cents and stuffs I found. Anyway I asked the guy about it and he said he was innocent and he give me tips such as, check the bin and all the nooks of the place...hopeless. Until now I dont have a phone yet and saving for a P990. |
