Well I also do not accept that my phone hangs for no apparent reason.

a phone that hangs cannot be normal. a programmer is not in any position to decide on whether a phone should hang or not. a product that's doesn't work as expected is a defective product
my golly, do any of you find that acceptable? i'd rather use a non-color phone because their programmers decided that these phones wouldn't hang.
i use my "ancient" color phone (a t68) but it hasn't hanged on me for sometime now. it used to do that on the previous firmware version. r8a is a lot better in that area.
am moving this to the general forum as this is a general question, and not specific to SE.
