That link you posted is for one of those so-called 'Matrix' websites - from what I can gather, you go to this site, pay £20, and you can get the latest (and, it appears, unreleased!  ) handsets for that price after a wait of a few months. Sounds like a scam, and unfortunately Ebay's full of this kind of rubbish!

K700 and Z1010 I can imagine being there. They are available in other countries, but I would never by anything of value unless they were highly respected on ebay and mailed me a few times with evidence of the product.
