They're both bloody bricks, I wouldn't be seen dead holding either to my head.
3G handsets still have a very long way to go in my opinion. |

Battery life is the main problem. Ive got myself a A835. Not a bad fone!

The a835 is the smallest video handset available though. True about the battery life, they all offer roughly the same though.

Why is it shit? It may not have Video calling. But is very small and has good battery life. Its has all the feature of the 6600 but lacks memory card expansion.
Go try one you might be surprised. |

you said it your self "all the functionality of the 6600 but no memory card slot" added to the fact that on the uk's only 3g service you cant use it to make a video call!!!!! shite battery life as well, not having prehensile thumbs I can't operate it with one hand.

It doesn't have a 10th of the functionality of the 6600; it's a simple Series "45" handset (Series 40 with 128x160 screen, centre softkey etc) whereas the 6600 is as you know a full Series 60 smartphone.
Still, if you don't need videocalls it's the best 3G phone available right now. |

I agree that it's the best of the bunch, I dont see why the 3g handsets should be so huge, the a835 is bigger than the nokia 1610 that I had in the early 90's and it's nearly as bad on battery life! Why???
