At Woolworths in the UK 3 are selling the fairly new Motorola A835 for 149.99 pounds. That is an amazing price point! I wonder wot other phones 3 are gona offer?

Apparently the Nokia 6620 is coming out on 3g as well my the end of this year,
6620 is the US version on the 6600, Has more memory ect.

I saw that in woolworths da other day good price but what does the 3 prepay offer how much is videocalls etc? Can that phone be unlocked :-l

I find the 3 Pre-pay looks a little on the restrictive side.
TO get the cheapest calls, you have to buy a £35 top-up. The killer is that you have to apply the top-up to your phone within 90 days of purchase (no probs), and use it within 30 days, after which it is gone, and a new top-up is needed (WHAT?!?!?) |

If 3 want to pre-pay to be successfull they will have to get rid of the 30 day limit!!....Its silly frankly!

Huh? For a 25 quid top up, you get 500 yes 500 cross network minutes. Exactly the same as on contract, plus There's no on or off peak charges and no higher charge for the first few minutes either. Thats an absolute bargain. Unfortunately the a835 can't be unlocked yet :-( the next handset is the stupid 7600 which can't do video calls, at about 175.
