Yes, there are quite a lot of PC devices that can connet via Bluetooth. Just having one bluetooth dongle (which i agree is a silly name  ) will allow you to use bluetooth devices such as mice, keyboards and printers.
The biggest advantage in my opinion is however with bluetooth you can connect to ANY bluetooth mobile phone, so your friends can connect to your PC (if you so wish) and should you ever upgrade the dongle will work with that also. With a cable, they are pretty specific which phones they work for. |

Buy the USB cable sync for p 800 it runs perfect with t 610/z 600 etc..
Its available in India for like $ 13..so its cheaper than buying and Bluetooth port..also u could buy a USB IR port thats like almost the same cost here...!

Yeah, but if you buy the USB cable, you can't send from the phone to the PC, only the other way around. I like the option of being able to send both ways.

Well in that case buy the USB IR Port for the same price of a cable , that ways you can communicate bothways...
