One thing that can make the upgrade "fail", is if the service point do the upgrade "online".
Meaning that they dont download the new SW, before upgrading.
My service point always do upgrades "off-line". Thats the main reason, I think, for not failing it

I don't know if my SP does it online or offline. It worked OK for a friend of mine...

All SP's I've checked locally does upgrades online. How can I tell the service he CAN download the software without sounding like an stuck up idiot who thinks he knows more about SE phones then he does? Hehe....
