before this is consigned to garbage, i do have a question (please i beg you can swear at me, fire cannons at me, just don't use the little smiley...), but is it possible to link to an individual post within a thread rather than the thread itself? i'm sure i've seen it done.
I'm guessing you need something like the regular http.. address but the last bit should be a post number. If so do you just work out the post number on a long thread by counting through? |

Shaggy... there's 20 replies per page if I'm not mistaken... so usually I select the page it's on and then count down till I have the right one.... bit of work.... I know... (if only I had the shifty eye smilie here )
