All customer services are crap tho the things you need you never really get, things you don't need always to be there for you and when you actually get help you're so suprised that you probably solved the problem yourself. I don't know, thats just my opinion if it matters at all. |

I know what you mean, but when I pay so much for a phone i expect to get some sort of customer service, not being able to contact SE at all is what annoys me! Ive tried by email and phone and i get no reply via either!

I dont know where any service centres are in the UK, apart from celestica even though learning complete electronics and phone repair myself would be quicker than celestica repairing my phone 4 me!

yeah, going to service centre is okay if you live in london...but they don't exactly have them everywhere. |

I could do with someone from sony reading this and thinking
'Ahh that poor boy, hes had a really bad time with our company, lets give him a free T610/P800/P900/Z600/Z200'
Only kidding, but i would like my T300 Back!!!

@davo87
Check this - I've found CPW service centres to be excellent.... Is not a service centre a service centre, regardless of where you bough the phone...
Steven.

OK, u wont believe this, thisis how stupid celestica are. I managed o get through today and the reason they havent sent me a replacement is because they have no facias with the orange logo on! they actually thought i would be bothered if they sent me 1 without the orange logo on! I cant believe they didnt tell me that 4 weeks ago!

U know mate the thing to do is to write a nasty but stern complaint about their conduct and the time u have wasted on their switchboard etc.
I have found that this is the only way you will actually get a result if u persist. Unfortuntely this is a disease spreading across the UK and Im sure everywhere else.
Ppl dont bother doing their jobs thesedays, all they r concerned about is making the most money with the least effort. They wont react unless there is something staring them in the face.
Threaten them with a small claims court for the cost of the phone calls u have had to make and make sure u say if they dont reply satisfactorily then you will be refering the matter to ur solicitor. Make sure u read their terms and conditions/service repair guidelines thingy, if u dont have it they should send it to u, if they produce on that is!
The best u might hope for is prob getting a refund on ur calls and mayb they will send u some accessories, who knows. I have had probs like this before about various products and by persistently complaining I have benefited in the end.
Good luck!

Today all service is bad. Nokia as well. My friend bought a Nokia that didnt work. She had to wait 2 month for repair. Vodafone italy refused to replace it even if they sold her a phone that didnt work.

well i understand ur frustration ,but as u have seen the service differs from country to country,I had some software problem with my phone and the SE replaced it.Though the new one also has the same problem.i have to wait until a new firmware comes or SE sends the old firmware to the service center.
I'll still buy sony actually i cant live without Ir or Bluetooth |

i know that service varies but im just saying that customer service in the UK in general is appaling, for most call centers u have to wait at least 20mins to talk to someone!
