the latest features are
widescreen pictures,
image fix,
multiple file selection,
mute shutter and a shoddy night mode for the camera,
and the camcorder runs fine on R2f without any fixes.

i've heard of folk who found R2F to fix bugs they had, but as i havent noticed any, i havent noticed if it fixes them.

i'm happy to continue upgrading as soon as the next one comes out,

guess it depends on much luck yu've had so far and how much your willing to risk...

Major changes I noticed from R1D:

1. SMS REPORTS
2. FULL SCREEN PICTURE/VIDEO/INTERNET VIEWER
3. LOOSING CALL LIST AFTER POWER OFF- FIXED (When using International Charaters)
4. IMPROVED BLUETOOTH
5. COMMUNICAM: NIGHT MODE/MUTE SHUTTER
6. ALMOST NO TOD-S

(This is what I can think of now - with all antibiotics and pain killers in my system - I am having a bad ear infection! )

What is a TOD?

Touchscreen Of Death?
Timer Of Death?
Time Out Delays?

Usually I'm the master of acronyms, but this one has me scratching my noggin.

ohhhh...silly me...

The 'Triangle of Death'?

Why not call it the "Blinking screen with Chinese Characters with a Timer Clock insribed with the number 10"?

But hey, at least you could impress your geek friends with an acronym which not only they couldnt pronounce, but would leave them in utter confusion, and with greater respect for you, the cunning linguist.

olsbad

on the main p800 screen hit the "view" text between "applications and "all" then hit "system information" and keep pressing the right arrow button.

nice to see you took the Kylie joke in good taste, like a fine wine she gets better with age. she is even hotter than she was when she has that hit i mentioned. as my dad always says "if it ain't broke, dont fix it". that is if your happy with your current version of firmware and have doubts about upgrading then leave it until SE bring out a version with loads of extras worth taking that risk.
