I'd like to get that update. I just wish you were open at weekends, so that I could have it done while I wait. I don't really want to let go of my P800 for a few days. |

Call on a weekend. We are at the office many times on the weekend running errands. If we are there, we will take walk-ins. You also may call during the week to set up a weekend appointment. |

All Carphone Warehouse engineers have been notified of the revised R2F software with R2D02 Organiser/PDA sottware.
All service centres should have access to this software now. |
