what bitrate do you use when you convert mp3 to an ogg?

hey poster try 32kbps and use mono since that p800 only uses 1 speaker use mono it will be more space saving t averages from 850-980 kilobytes for a 3 to 4 minute song. use also VARIABLE or AVERAGE Bitrate it will sound better than CONSTANT BITRATE and use 32,000hz since 44100 hz give a tiiiinngggy sound when u played a song. TRY it.

Does dbpowerapp convert a CD to ogg? It sounds like this will produce the best quality oggs.

I downloaded dbpowerapp but when I try to install it a get a "Not a Valid Win32 Application" error, does anyone know why? I'm running XP.
