Yup, I know about those fake 'service centres' in Aalst, they suck. Did you know my father once drove me all the way to Business Telecom (I'm from Grembergen, near Dendermonde) to update my firmware into Dutch?! That shit really sucked, my dad was very pissed (at ME!) that day.

Well if ur looking for something better and the same ease of use as the T68i, it looks like u should look elsewhere.
I was and stil bit dissapointed that it takes about 4 clicks and a spin of the jogdial then another click to access contacts in R2F and alot of the call related features and options are missing from the P800 which seem 2 b on other SE phones.
Id say the T68i was one of a kind, I was obsessed with it for months, unlike the P800, which I aint 2 bothered about. Its a good device, its more a PDA/gadget freaks toy rather than a simple phone. I know that the majority of people with mobiles in UK would not be able to make heads or tails of it. They are afraid of doing something wrong and its so complicated and some simple things take an age to do. Even I had trouble remembering where options were or how I did so and so, and im quite good with gadgets.
Overall, Id still say it is a good phone in the fact that it seems u can develop applications on it to enable u to do what u want (if sum1 is gonna program them 4 u!). its basically like win3.1 - bare!
But I would REALLY advise people 2 research it to find out if its def the phone for u.
