Yesterday I got my T68 back from Ericsson repair in Rijen, the Netherlands.
I had a SWupdate, R2B. I thought it would have picture phonebook, but I haven't got it!
I thought R2B would have picturephonebook with it...
Does anybody can confirm this?

R2B013?
that version doesn't have the picture phonebook in it. That's the latest software version though.

Just an update:
I called SE in Rome and they said that the shop can't change my mobile because they have to give the mobile to the main SE office and after this the main office can decide if to change it or to repair it ...they said me also that the guy who distroied my mobile was kind because he gave me a Motorola for the month I have to wait (???) UNBELIVABLE: he was kind!!!:((( ...now I have to wait after lunch (office now) to go home and to check the imei because they suggested me to call another number ...ecc. ecc. ...I will update the thread after this call ..
ciao

"Kind when he gave you a Motorola", they gotta be kidding!
Perhaps it wont take a month to get a new phone or yours repaired.
My was away for a little longer than a week. The shop gave me a Nokia3210 while waiting. The battery reached for almost a whole day , the phone was huge carrying around so I left it at home most of the time.

They said he was kind because in SE warranty there's nothing about a replacement mobile waiting for yours to be repaired!:( ... |

No thats true, but when you buy a phone with almost everything in it, you get a brick instead.

Hum guy,
You have to know that they are SP And SP. We are a SP mechanical service, we are a 100% Original Ericsson shop but totaly indepandent from them. We got every accessories and spare part in stock . We can repair 90% of the malfonctinning phone in 5 min in front of the customer. The other 10% must be send to the higher level. For most of the service point the "service point desk" is in a corner of the shop and they make 2 or 3 repairs in a month. We make 50 repairs a day... SE is removing a lot of non usefull or non competent SP all over the world and it's all benefits for customer who will have better service.
