Before the phones went to the market, they said that thay wouldnt release the mms version, until it's useful.
That means that they did not promise the t68 to be the first phone with mms, thay said that it was going to be. But before the release they took it back, wich is quite legal. |

but it's common knowledge that they've promised it... EVERYONE knows that and I'm sure that some people still have 'quotes' on documents or whatever... I don't think are (that) stupid. They're not going to get themselves in a law-suit, just to make a few extra bucks by releasing another phone...

I listened closely, cause I knew I was going to buy it when it was to be released.
And I remember him saying that the phone was'nt coming out with the software originally planned, because there was ni use for it.
He then said that the software will come in the future, but how and when wasn't said.
He didn't say that the software wasn't going to be released, but then he didn't mention anything about a second t68.
This means that they don't have to release a software for our phones, cause there was no promise. The only promise was that the software would come out.
And with t68i, it will!
It is though highly unthinkable that they won't release an uppgrade for us, cause that would be plain nasty. 
But it is thinkable that we will have to wait some time before we get it.

Those cheeky little muth f*****s, according to their original specifications we should have the MMS or else we can sue their asses off. It breaches a load of international laws from what I heard.
Oh well a few death threats should get the MMS upgrade in no time.
How many of u have complained to SE?
If so what have they said?

Maybe I'll just go and buy the T68i then... I'm sick of all the waiting and stuff, they won't release a T68ii will they? |

Actually, when I went to get my phone upgraded last week, I was told the same thing, there will not be an MMS upgrade for T68m. I didn't tell anyone because I didn't want to be the one starting rumors or anything. And by the way, the SP was DVH Communications in London. |

I went to www.t68.info and they said that the T68 would get the MMS upgrade but no other details than that.

I got an answer from Sony Ericsson and they told me that there WILL be a MMS version to T68m in Q1 but they could't say anything more because they didn't know a shit. |
