@orange
7650 and 3650 use STN screen displays, not TFT.
If you don't believe me, then try comparing them with the GD88 display w/c uses a TFT screen and you'll see the big difference.
Added info:
TFT is more clearer and better in terms of display quality but it consumes more battery power compared to STN. |

How can someone be so bull-headed?!?! If you don't know the facts, maybe it's better that you don't open your mouth at all. See http://my-symbian.com/7650/intro.php for example. |

Thought I'd add my two cents to the subject as I've been looking at both the T610 and 3650 today. I was set on getting a P800 but I'm just not going to have the money, so now it's the T610 or 3650. After playing with both in a phone shop today I'm incredibly torn as they both seem to be excellent phones. Features-wise the 3650 would probably win, but I think it comes down to what many of the posters on this thread have already stated - personal preference. Yes the T610 is a lot smaller and lighter, and it's a very sexy phone, but I personally quite like the size/design of the 3650 - probably one of the minority I'll admit, but I find the design very funky in a retro kind of way. It's also not as big as I thought it would be, and it fetl very nice in my hand. I'm currently using an 8310 and it felt good not to have such a minute thing in my hand - admittedly I loved the smallness of the 8310 when I first got it but it's since lost it's charm.
So as you can tell I'm quite torn. I was thinking T610 all the way but after trying out the 3650 today I'm kinda veering towards that because of the memory capacity and better camera, not to mention there's a new software download now to enable recording of video with sound, so v.cool!
Ah, decisions decision!

It's possible that prototype 7650's had TFT screens. All the previews and early reviews say it's TFT, but the actual phone has an STN screen.
