Wow. Especially the bluetooth thingy changed my mind about the T610. External memory sounds good. Is this affordable? I think I gotta get it till the SX1 comes out. |

Oooh. Just saw this bluetooth hard disk on expansys.com (for UK) but it is listed as coming soon and with no pricing details yet. Is it available anywhere yet and if so do you know what it costs approximately? I would be quite interested in this if it isn't too expensive! |

The reason why Nokia 7650 cant use BT headsets, are due to the fact that it doesnt have bluetooth headset or handsfree profiles.
It only has the data-profiles.
Theres no "rules" regarding phones and what bluetooth-profiles they should/should not have,..its up to the developers building the phone...
what they feel is necessary.
The one profile that does differ mostly, is the handsfree profile, as most phones already have headset profile and normal data-profiles.
The Handsfree is more advanced than headset profile,..you can do re-dial etc.
T610 does have both headset and handsfree profiles, just like the latest SW-version of T68i,..and also Siemens S55, and Nokia 6310i.
T610 does also have a sort of quick share feature via bluetooth,..I believe this is the one that is used to browse units.
And no,..one cant hijack another phone or delete stuff, hehe. They need to be paired/bonded in some way,..just like you do when using e.g. a phone as modem and a laptop to surf the internet.
