a friend of mine member of this forum and moderator of mine is a mophun developer and he's been sent a t610 prototype. during the writting of the review we're preparing, he's found some interesting things on t610:
-you can add effects while taking a photo. this is; sepia, b&w and so in real time.
-it has a super picture editor. you can edit any kind of image (photos or backgrounds) and rotate or add effects (emboss, blur, erosion.....).
-when bluetooth pairing with another device (say a siemens s55), you have a "browse" option and you can browse internal folder list of the s55 and then pick up files and move them to the t610. (this means we'll be able to use external bluetooth hard drives or memories!)

While I hate the candy bar shape -- already live with it -- the T610 appears to have star potential, especially with blue tooth tricks like external memory to compensate for its relatively small internal memory.

will replace it with SX1 on it's release

remember guys he said PAIRED access can browse. that means the same passkey for both phones. i really doubt you'll just be able to delete things from random nokias withouth them knowing (as much as you'd like too ) |

The ability to let the internal memory to be browsed over a Bluetooth connection is a Siemens S55 feature. It's not something special about the T610.
Siemens phones that have this "flex memory" feature has always had this function, whether over cable, infrared, or Bluetooth.

the capability to browse folders is of course NOT ONLY a Siemens feature. it is a BT spec for you to be able to access and browse, for example, Toshiba's 5GB bluetooth hard disk. |

well if this BT feature is only for Siemens....talk about wanting to bluejack a siemens by pairing with them and deleting/stealing their stuff...I doubt any siemens user would be that clueless...lol
u never know though... |

Being a part of the Bluetooth spec doesn't mean it's required. One famous example is the Nokia 7650 that doesn't work with most Bluetooth headsets.
Even Nokia 7250 has file browse capability now, so I would imagine the latest SE phone would have this too.
