i'm pissed off at the one in dumfries... the manager's a dick, he won't even get in the hardware to do a T68 so i doubt they'll do P800 for a long while...

GothTeddy, why do you say that about Dumfries service point? You also said that they have not got the facilities to repair T68 yet either? I believe these are a mechanical service centre so they should by contract have the tools to repair all released SonyEricsson and Ericsson products.
Let me know what your issues are with them or make a complaint to the SEMC helpdesk!
