p800 touchscreen problem |

Try cleaning your p800's screen... this use to happen on my palm. I think your p800 senses some dust and when u push down on the touchscreen, perhaps that dust moves and since it's so fine the p800 automatically thinks its your pen... |

i bought it through SE lol and get this thank god i called it ion when i did cus when u get the phone u have 30days to excange it for the same one if u think theres a defect or whatever...i had like 2 weeks left when i called it in...and the new phone shippment is commeing in 3days before my phone HAS to be at SE...so i probially wont have a phone for like 2 days but whatever still a great deal |

I had something very weird happen yesterday. Suddenly the touch-sensitive feature on the screen wouldnt work. Turned if off and on quite a few times and nothing.
Then this morning, whilst i'm on hold for customer services, I thought I'd take the piece off with the orange logo off, as I levered it off, the screen sprang back into life. I have no idea what it is, other than a very small crumb (?) was sitting on the bottom of the screen in the right hand side, pretty much where the edge of the plastic panel was sitting.
