I have the HBH-60. It says on the box that you should get 2.5 hours of talk time or 70 hours of standby. Currently I am getting about 80 minutes of talk time and six hours of standby time when it dies. Anyone else getting such bad performance?

Thats just facts,..not advertising. Others are doing digitals too/or going in that direction,..as I also state.
Its the only way to get a real good sound...and you know as well as I do, that people want better and better things all the time,..just take a look at computers/graphic cards/monitors etc.

And no, I dont advertise in here,...what I do is to inform our users here at Esato, on progress and so forth with our products.
Nobody ever complained about that before

there've been an improvement to hbh60.
you can check on the back side of the headset, you can see some marking on the back Sonyericsson blah blah

try to look for R?? mine is R1E and someone in Esato is using older R1C...so different version also have different performance.

one of the way to solve our problem is to flash phone software or complain to Se service point. Mine is still older software for T39...when I am free, definately will flash it to see what is the improvement.

My hbh-60 problems:
1. First one had a horrible BT connection, always sounded like I was far away from the phone. Sent it back to Expansys US
2. Second one sounds good BUT there is a buzzing noise on the line. It sounds like that "gsm buzz" that my motorola phone would occasionaly make. I can't hear the buzzing noise but those I'm talking to can.
My hdw is R1B and my phone is the T39m (R4a).
Is this an issue w/ the T39 and the 60? It doesn't sound near as good as my hbh-15. I'd like to keep the hbh-60 but not if it sounds that way with all other phones.
Thanks!

Jan,

I certainly wasn't complaining about your post... just a little bit of playful sarcasm, as I have noticed many of your posts here and there.

I also don't dispute that better and better headsets will continue to be released... I was just saying that I really haven't been having the problems that you indicate are fairly standard on "non-digital" Bluetooth headsets.

Cheers.
