Strangely now that the link is up, if you try to access the link above normally (I mean navigating through th  site) it seems to be removed although yesterday it apeared with a broken link, it diverts you to a site that has version 1.1.1, and english version isn't avialable

That's the direct link - suggest you use gozilla or getright though, when i downloaded it yesterday it was only coming down at about 270bytes /sec through windows, though got it at 30KB/s through my download manager.

I get the error message too:
"A previous program installation was never completed. You need to restart your computer to complete that installation before running Internet Explorer Setup. Setup will now close."

A couple of people on My-Symbian reported this problem. They figured it to be that they didn't have the previous version (1.1.1) installed before trying to install this new version 1.3.1. Once they installed 1.1.1 then 1.3.1 installed ok.

I installed the v1.1.0 and then v1.1.1. Now v1.3.1 cannot be install at all as the error message keep mentioning the same stuff.
Probably that's why SE has removed the link for this software updates... maybe they're patching it now. |

Same to me, I've got an error when trying to install 1.3.1 on my XP system. No PendingFileRenameOperations key in my registry at all!!!
The download link for 1.3.1 is still there
Can anybody help me tio install 1.3.1 ? I have reverted back to 1.1.1! |
