Well, as my phone was new and I'm paranoid about scratching it I kept the manufacturer's sticky screen protectors on. Turned out it was covering the earpiece and it sounds slightly louder without it

Just got a silicone cover from ebay (and new screen protectors). I can't for the life of me work out how to get the silicone cover on! It's in two bits, with "runners" for the slide facility.

Am I dumb?! (Judging by my first paragraph..yes, I probably am)!

I appreciate all your replies. Thank you

I would seriously not recommend the plastic covers. They often do more damage then good, like dirt gets underneath it and it gets scratched that way.

Edit: Oh wait sorry it's a silicone cover, I was thinking of the see-through plastic ones, ignore me.

A friend of mine managed to get the silicone cover on..and now I can't connect the charger cable. Grr. Can anyone recommend a decent cover?

Adsada, yeh, I had a crystal case for my K810i and it fell apart within days. Bought another, and it was the same.

Latest SE phones uses sound processsing system to reduce ambient noise coming from other party's mic. So in call sound
of these phones, soft and quiet compared with older ones. lack of treble also caused dificult to hear when you're in noisy
area.

The perpose of sound processing is it reduce non voice frequency sounds such as sounds from vehicles, machines etc..
It act like low pass filter, reproduce only near frequency of human voice.

Unfortunantly, there is no way to turn off this sound processing system. a modified acoustics (extra treble) will fix
this problem. My previous C702 suffer from this problem and new acoustic did a fix.
