Thanks fluke9
Indeed, if I'd been informed that there were problems with the post office at that time I'd have payed for a secured delivery. I asumed the package was sent with a secured delivery as bart told me it was sent with the "highest priority raiting" (I know priority is not the same as secured, but I thought with a high priority secured delivery is also included), and when I asked bart for a receipt number or a track code, he said the ticket the post office gave him didn't have any number on it ... I also asked him in a PM his address for tracking the package or complaining at the post office, as this was the information they asked there but he refused to give it to me arguing it's dangerous give that kind of information over the internet.
I was very patient at that time, I waited more than a month and never get anything, not even the information needed for making a complain at the post office. I just really hope this doesn't happen to other people and at least this serve as a lesson for others like me.

I know nothing of the sender or sende (SP) in this but would be suspicious of and seller whom has sent you something but will not give out his address, there is no reason not to unless you are hiding something.
I have been stung plenty of times in the past.
First of all I always ask for up to date pics with a piece of paper with senders user name and date, even though this does not guarantee the item gets sent.
Second always ask the sender to get a certificate of posting at the very minimum I know I now always ask for insured, even though this is a pain if you are trying to avoid import duty/tax.
The sender is the one responsible for making a claim if the package is insured not the sende (SP), should it go missing, basic cover is pretty much useless.

This thread isn't going anywhere. Its more like a personal attack on me preventing that i sell something.
And these days you just don't give your adres to anyone

Both buyer and seller benefit from tracked shipments. The seller knows when the buyer received the package, and the buyer can not claim to not have received it as the tracking pretty much proves it was delivered. The buyer can track the parcel and does not have to worry about it. Should the package be undeliverable it gets returned to the seller promptly (given the seller put a return address on it, which should always be done).
As for the original advertisement in this thread, I'm sorry for bart that is has been derailed but I can also understand the frustrations of alexlt.

Then you shouldn't trade on the internet, when you sell something, the buyer has to give his address to you too, doesn't he ?
We've bought and sold several phones online, but I'd never transfer even one single penny (or cent, whatever) to a person who'd refuse to give me his full address.

Their are peeps you can trust online, its just hard to find out who.
After you trust them you can give your adress if they need it for some reason.

So, I'm not to be trusted :S I lost all hope of recovering my money, not even a part of it. I just really hope this doesn't to other people and know who are you trading with.
At least thanks for your support to all.
